Greetings Brothers and Sisters, 

         As the countdown to our Family Conference begins with just one week to go, we would like to draw your attention to the following key reminders amidst the growing excitement and anticipation. 

What to Wear:

Day 1 morning - Delegation shirt      

North Carolina- Teal/blue   
Georgia- Green  

South Carolina- Orange     
Florida- Yellow

TN/Arkansas- White

Mass/ Family Night- Tropical outfit

Day 2- Brave Conference shirt or any mint green shirt    

 
What to bring:

Rosary, notebook & pen

5-6 pcs Family photos 4X6 in size. (1 for kid workshop and the rest are for the family activity for Session 1 ("I am Happy"). There will be an onsite photo booth. In the event that you forget your pictures, you can have them taken for a fee. Pay with Zelle or cash.

Reusable water bottles - refilling station available

Medicine/Prescriptions (EpiPen, allergy meds, etc.)

Insect repellant

Extra change of clothes, sandals/water shoes (Be prepared to be wet during family time activities and games).

Swimsuit, beach towel and sunblock (use of the pool is being negotiated).

Bring your area banner (prepare a cheer during the parade) and talent show materials, if any.  

     
There will be a mini-freezer and fridge, towels, pillowcases, toiletries and linens in every room. Attached is the program schedule and our Conference prayer. 

     Let us continue to uphold our service team in prayer; that they may be granted the strength, good health and enthusiasm to tackle the remaining tasks for the conference.
